By accessing or using IBDAA through the website (https://ibda.app), mobile application, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. / باستخدامك إبداء عبر الموقع أو تطبيق الجوال أو الخدمات المرتبطة، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط الاستخدام هذه وسياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق، يجب عدم استخدام المنصة.

These terms apply to all user roles, including students, trainers, company representatives, and administrators, to the extent applicable to each role. / تنطبق هذه الشروط على جميع الأدوار بما في ذلك الطلاب والمدربين وممثلي الشركات والإداريين.

IBDAA is an educational and employment platform that provides online courses, lessons, exams, progress tracking, digital certificates, job listings, and related community features. / إبداء منصة تعليمية وتوظيفية توفر دورات تدريبية ودروساً وامتحانات ومتابعة للتقدم وشهادات رقمية ووظائف ومحتوى مجتمعي.

The mobile application and web platform may offer the same or complementary features. We may update, add, or remove features at any time to improve service quality. / قد يقدم تطبيق الجوال والموقع ميزات متكاملة أو مكمّلة، ويجوز لنا تحديث الميزات أو إضافتها أو إيقافها.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information, including personal data required for your profile. / يجب تقديم معلومات تسجيل دقيقة وكاملة ومحدّثة.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. / أنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات الدخول وعن جميع الأنشطة في حسابك.
• You must not create accounts on behalf of others without authorization or use false identity information. / لا يسمح بإنشاء حسابات باسم آخر دون إذن أو باستخدام بيانات هوية غير صحيحة.
• We may suspend or reject accounts that violate these terms, applicable laws, or platform policies. / يجوز لنا تعليق الحسابات أو رفضها عند مخالفة الشروط أو القوانين.

• Course content, lessons, materials, and exams are provided for educational purposes and may be updated by trainers or the platform administration. / المحتوى التعليمي والامتحانات مقدمة لأغراض تعليمية وقد يتم تحديثها.
• You may not copy, redistribute, record, sell, or publicly share course materials or exam content without written permission. / لا يجوز نسخ أو إعادة نشر أو تسجيل أو بيع المواد التعليمية دون إذن.
• Exam attempts, scores, and completion records may be monitored to ensure academic integrity and accurate certification. / قد تُراقب محاولات الامتحان والدرجات وسجلات الإكمال لضمان النزاهة الأكاديمية.
• Cheating, impersonation, unauthorized assistance, or manipulation of exam results is strictly prohibited and may lead to account termination. / الغش أو انتحال الهوية أو التلاعب بالنتائج محظور وقد يؤدي إلى إيقاف الحساب.

Digital certificates may be issued when you successfully complete a course and meet the required exam or assessment criteria defined for that course. / قد تُصدر شهادات رقمية عند إتمام الدورة بنجاح واستيفاء معايير الامتحان أو التقييم المطلوبة.

Certificate eligibility depends on verified completion data, exam results, attendance or progress rules, and any additional requirements set by the trainer or platform. / يعتمد استحقاق الشهادة على بيانات الإكمال الموثقة ونتائج الامتحانات وقواعد التقدم.

Certificates are issued electronically through the platform and may include your name, course title, completion date, and verification details. / تُصدر الشهادات إلكترونياً عبر المنصة وقد تتضمن اسمك وعنوان الدورة وتاريخ الإكمال.

A certificate confirms completion under platform rules but does not replace official government accreditation unless explicitly stated. / الشهادة تؤكد الإكمال وفق قواعد المنصة ولا تحل محل الاعتماد الرسمي ما لم يُذكر صراحة.

Forged, altered, or misrepresented certificates are prohibited. We may revoke certificates obtained through fraud or policy violations. / الشهادات المزورة أو المعدلة محظورة، ويجوز سحب الشهادات الحاصل عليها بالاحتيال.

To provide courses, exams, certificates, and employment features, we process personal data such as your name, contact details, university, specialization, profile information, learning progress, exam results, uploaded documents (including CVs), and account activity. / لأغراض تقديم الدورات والامتحانات والشهادات والتوظيف، نعالج بيانات شخصية مثل الاسم وبيانات التواصل والجامعة والتخصص والتقدم ونتائج الامتحانات والمستندات المرفوعة.

Your use of personal data is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at /privacypolicy. / يخضع استخدام بياناتك الشخصية أيضاً لسياسة الخصوصية المتاحة على /privacypolicy.

• Uploading harmful, offensive, illegal, or misleading content. / رفع محتوى ضار أو مسيء أو غير قانوني أو مضلل.
• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users. / مضايقة أو تهديد أو تمييز ضد المستخدمين.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt platform systems. / محاولة اختراق أو تعطيل أنظمة المنصة.
• Using bots or automated tools to manipulate exams, enrollments, or certificates. / استخدام أدوات آلية للتلاعب بالامتحانات أو الشهادات.
• Misusing company or trainer accounts for unauthorized recruitment or spam. / إساءة استخدام حسابات الشركات أو المدربين.

All platform software, branding, design, and official content are owned by SkyLain or its licensors. Trainers and content providers retain rights to their original materials subject to the license granted to the platform for display and delivery. / جميع البرمجيات والعلامة التجارية والمحتوى الرسمي مملوكة لـ SkyLain أو المرخصين. يحتفظ المدربون بحقوق موادهم الأصلية وفق الترخيص الممنوح للمنصة.

By submitting content (such as articles, course materials, or profile data), you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process it as needed to operate the service. / بتقديمك المحتوى، تمنحنا ترخيصاً غير حصري لاستضافته وعرضه ومعالجته.

• We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or pose a security or legal risk. / يجوز تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول عند مخالفة الشروط.
• You may stop using the platform at any time. Some records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. / يمكنك التوقف عن الاستخدام في أي وقت مع احتفاظنا ببعض السجلات وفق سياسة الخصوصية.
• We may update these Terms of Use. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. / قد نحدّث الشروط، واستمرار الاستخدام يعني قبول النسخة المحدّثة.

IBDAA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive for accuracy and reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free exams, or specific employment outcomes. / تُقدَّم إبداء "كما هي"، ولا نضمن وصولاً دون انقطاع أو نتائج توظيف محددة.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyLain shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, except where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law. / إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة.
